Biography
I'm a military wife and proud mother, returning to school after 20 years--the children are grown now and off into the world. I served in the US Army and am an aircraft mechanic by trade, with a specialty in Rotor Wing. Most recently, I worked in civil service as a C-130 PDM mechanic. I am pursuing my degree in language studies, but am strongly considering changing my major to history with a European concentration. This is my first year, and while sometimes I find the coursework demanding, even a little alien, I believe it's the best educational experience I have ever had. Currently, we are stationed in Germany and are enjoying every minute of it. Exploring Europe is our biggest hobby and we never grow tired of all the sights, smells, food, and varied cultures we encounter.
