Tentative Schedule

We will be working at the Picasso Museum and the Pompidou Center for Modern Art. Both museums are within walking distance of our hotel. A museum pass can be purchased. This pass will allow unlimited access to the collections where we will be working.

SATURDAY

6:00 (6 p.m.) Meet in the Lobby of the Hotel Bellevue:

Get acquainted with each other, Paris, etc. A brief overview of Modern Art.
Introduction to Picasso/Modern Art.

SUNDAY

09:30 meet Lobby Hotel Bellevue.
Today we will continue our introduction to Picasso/Modern art in our visits to Musée de l'Orangerie and the Picasso Museum.

17:00 (5 p.m.) We will meet in the Lobby of the hotel--discussions, questions, chit chat, etc.

MONDAY

09:30 Meet in the lobby of Hotel Bellevue. Today we will spend the day at the Musée Picasso.

17:00 (5:00 PM) Meet in the lobby of the Hotel Bellevue for discussions, questions, etc.

TUESDAY

Check your Visual Journal for the plan for today. We will be focusing on our visual journals - hands on and eyes on projects - in the real world. Additional focus will be on perception (e.g. how do we see).

17:00 (5:00 PM) Meet in the lobby of Hotel Bellevue for our daily rendezvous, questions, etc.

WEDNESDAY

09:00 Meet in the lobby of Hotel Bellevue for an overview/review of the material and museum visits.

10:30 Another day at the Picasso Museum and the Pompidou Center.

THURSDAY

09:00 Meet in the lobby of Hotel Bellevue for an overview/review of Picasso, Modern Art, etc. Begin working on Picasso Museum Project.

Part 1 of Final Due Friday 18:00 (6:00 PM).
Part 2 of Final will be held at the Hotel, Friday PM.

Friday: Additional times to be announced.

FRIDAY

09:00 Meet in the lobby of Hotel Bellevue. I will be available to answer questions, help you with your projects, etc. Today is the day to finish all of your projects.

IMPORTANT: All work can be turned in on Friday evening. The DEADLINE for turning in projects and other items is Saturday, 22:00 (10:00 PM).
Check out time at Hotel Bellevue is 23:00 (11:00 PM).

IMPORTANT: Adjustments will be made in our schedule when/if necessary.
