Welcome to the University of Maryland University College Europe Faculty Development Home Page. The mission of the Office of Faculty Development is to promote the professional development of all UMUC-Europe faculty with the goal of improving the quality of teaching in the classroom and online. The Office sponsors a number of grant and award programs as well as new faculty orientations and other professional faculty teaching workshops.
