Fees

Please keep in mind if you have not made payment arrangements within 10 days from the date the charge was incurred, you will receive an automatic invoice and services may be denied until payment arrangements are made.

Graduate Application - ($40)

Students wishing to take a graduate course with UMUC Europe pay this non-refundable fee prior to their first course. The application fee must accompany the online application for graduate admission (eApplication) available on MyUMUC.

GoArmyEd students, who complete a Common Application in the GoArmyEd portal, will be sent an e-mail message instructing them to pay the $40 application fee at the nearest UMUC field office before the course begins.

Graduate Tuition

Payable at the time of registration. A member of the Armed Forces may be entitled to tuition assistance from the United States government. Students may also qualify for Veterans Affairs education benefits and other forms of financial assistance. Current tuition rates.

Returned Check - ($30)

When a check is returned to the university and unpaid by a bank, a returned check fee is assessed. If you stop payment on a check for tuition, you are neither disenrolled nor relieved of responsibility for paying tuition and fees.

Declined Credit Card - ($30)

This amount is the University’s processing fee for any credit card charge that is declined by the student’s bank. A student who initiates a charge back on a credit card payment is neither disenrolled nor relieved of responsibility for payment.

Transcript - ($10)

The fee for ordering an academic transcript issued by UMUC Europe is $10, except those sent to another Maryland public two- or four-year institution.

Rush Transcript - ($25)

For transcripts processed within 24 hours, a special rush handling fee is charged.

Diploma (Graduation) - ($50)

Payable each time a diploma application is filed. Non-refundable.

Certificate - ($50)

Payable when a certificate application is filed. Non-refundable.

Undergraduate Application Fee - ($30).

The undergraduate application fee is waived only for graduate students who have paid the graduate application fee, and are taking undergraduate courses to meet prerequisites for the graduate program. If, however, graduate students take other undergraduate courses, this fee must be paid in addition to the graduate application fee.
