Directions and Parking
The UMUC office is located on base NSA Capodichino in the Naples Education Center in the Admin II building, room G006.
To find our location once on base, please park in the east parking garage and walk toward the main square. The office is located in the Admin II building on the ground floor, to the right of the elevators.
Computer Labs
The UMUC sponsored computer lab has 20 computers available for student use. Each computer provides access to the Internet, as well as a word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software. The computer lab is accessible Mon, Wed, Thu, 0800-1730; Tue, Fri , 1330-1730. During registration the hours are Mon, Wed, Thus, 0800-1630; Tue, Fri, 1330-1630.

Testing Services

Additional Site Information
According to legend, the Greek colony Neopolis was founded about 600 B.C. and sprang up around the tomb of the siren Parthenope. Today, Naples remains a major Mediterranean seaport and has retained much of its ancient beauty and spendor. Medieval castles and classic ruins exist side by side with the industrial elements of the city. Naples is a large metropolitan area, and its downtown is similar to that of New York City, Los Angeles, or Chicago (www.naples.navy.mil/benvenuti/index/html).
The Naples/Gaeta community is host to more than 100 separate commands. The civilian and military population has organized more than 200 social, professional, and recreational organizations, so whether you are active duty, civilian or family member, the community has something for you. Lodging is available on a space available basis at the Capo Inn on NSA Capodichino. Dining facilties on base include: Subway, a coffee bar, and the Capo Landing consession food court.
The NSA-Support Site installation, located near the town of Gricignano, is about 12 miles (19 km) northwest of NSA Capodichino. Movie theaters, ITT offices, fitness centers, libraries/media centers, and transient facilities are located at Capodichino and at the Support Site. At Capodichinio, there is a bowling center, Navel Exchange Shopette, theater, library, fitness center with indoor swimming pool, and bowling alley, while the Commissary, Navy Exchange complex, U.S. Naval Hospital, and DODS elementary and high schools are located at the Support Site.
