Directions and Parking

The UMUC office is located in the Wiesbaden Education Center in the basement of Building 1023 East, room 12.

To find our location, please take Autobahn A-67 until the "Russelsheimer Dreieck" junction. At this junction please take Autobahn 60 toward Bingen, Mainz, and Wiesbaden. At the next Autobahn juntion, the Mainspitz Dreick, please take the exit ramp for Autobahn 671, toward Wiesbaden. From Autobahn 671, exit onto the German Federal Highway B-455 toward Wiesbaden-Erbenheim. At the end of the exit, merge right onto Highway B-455 and continue straight. You will soon see a sign for "U.S. Army Airfield" and take the next immediate exit off the B-455 to the right. From the exit, turn right - merging onto the main road leading to the Wiesbaden Army Airfield. Continue straight until you come to a traffic circle (the base will be viewable at this point). Take the second exit in the traffic circle and this will lead you on base. Once you pass through the inspection area on base, follow the priority road straight. You will pass a street on your right - shortly thereafter you will see a long building set back from the priority road, with an archway entrance. Turn right into the driveway of this building and drive through the archway, where there is a courtyard parking lot. Park anywhere that is available. The Wiesbaden Education Center is located in the basement of the building on the far left of the courtyard, Bldg. 1023E. On the right side of the building there is a ramp leading down into the basement.

The capital city of Hessen, Wiesbaden, is sometimes called the "Nice of the North" as there are many mansions, a historic Kurhaus, a casino, and a large State Theater. Wiesbaden has been well known as a great spa city since ancient times. Today, Wiesbaden has 27 hot, saline springs and its mild climate and park-like setting continue to make it a popular resort and conference center.
