Trying to call us, but have not been able to get through?

Due to technical issues with our commercial provider for DSN telephone lines, you may be experiencing difficulty in reaching us using the DSN 314-370-6762 number. Unfortunately, the commercial provider does not have an immediate resolution for this problem.

If you are unable to reach us through DSN, we suggest you call our civilian number at +49-6221-3780 (international) or 06221-3780 (within Germany). If you experience continuous ringing, we suggest you hang up and redial.

Alternatively, we would also be happy to give you a call back. Please send an e-mail with the subject line: “Call Back” to the UMUC Europe Helpdesk at callback@ed.umuc.edu. To serve you best, please include the information below in the e-mail and we will return your call as quickly as possible:

• First and last name
• Student ID (EmplID) or last four of your social security number
• Telephone number, preferably a civilian number with country code prefix
• Question(s) or office you wish to contact
• The best time to reach you between Monday-Friday, 0800-1700
