Order Regalia

Candidates are responsible for ordering their own regalia for the commencement ceremony. You may now order your regalia (cap and gown) online at www.herff-jones.com/college/graduation.

To ensure you receive your cap and gown in time for the ceremony, the final day to order regalia online is April 3. Please order earlier, if possible.

Payment may be made per credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover). The vendor is only able to ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Step-by-step instructions for ordering your regalia:

1. Go to Herff Jones.
2. Select University of Maryland University College from the drop down menu and click continue.
3. Select Heidelberg, Germany, from the drop down menu and click continue.
4. Select the appropriate school you are receiving your degree from (either Bowie State or UMUC), then click continue.
5. After reading the warning in red (you must use your APO/FPO address), click continue.
6. Once the welcome screen appears, go to the upper left corner of the screen. Click on the picture of the graduate with "Order Your Cap & Gown" underneath.
7. Select your appropriate degree from the drop down menu and click continue.
8. On the order screen, you must ensure that the "Cap, Gown, and Tassel" box is checked in the product information area.
9. Enter or select the appropriate information in the Cap & Gown information area for your degree, height, weight, and cap size, then click continue.
10. Enter your APO/FPO address where the cap and gown should be mailed. This form only takes phone numbers in US format. If you do not have a stateside number to enter on this form, please use the UMUC Europe DSN number: 314-370-6762. Click continue.
11. At Check Out, review your order carefully. Orders cannot be changed once submitted!
12. Enter your credit card information (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover are accepted), and click submit.

Graduation Announcements, Class Rings, and Commencement Memorabilia

Personalized graduation announcements with your name and degree will be offered through Herff Jones, as well as class rings and other memorabilia.
