Confirm Your Participation
To confirm your participation in the commencement celebrations, you will need to return the commencement reply form, graduate survey, name pronunciation guide, and security questionnaire to the Office of the Registrar by March 16 via postal mail, e-mail, or fax. Even if you do not plan to attend the commencement exercises, we request that you complete and return the commencement reply form and graduate survey.
All graduates should be receiving a printed version of the commencement packet in the mail. For your convenience, it is also available here:

The security questionnaire is not included in the downloadable version of the packet. If needed, a copy of this form may be found in the MyUMUC student portal under Europe Student Announcements.

Tickets
Tickets are required for guest seating. Ballroom tickets for the commencement ceremony are limited to three per graduate. Once you have confirmed your participation, you will be mailed the guest tickets.
