UMUC Europe Commencement
Commencement is a significant occasion for students, capping years of dedication and hard work. Our ceremony brings together students who have successfully completed their studies while, at the same time, fulfilling other important responsibilities, such as raising a family or pursuing a career. UMUC Europe hopes you will be able to join your classmates and faculty in this joyful celebration.
The ceremony will be held on Sunday, 25 May, at 1400 in the Village Pavilion Ballroom at Patrick Henry Village in Heidelberg, Germany.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Patrick Henry Village Gate Detour
Burger King Gate (located on Grasweg)
The gate that accesses Patrick Henry Village (PHV) on Grasweg next to Burger King is under heavy construction. We strongly recommend that all guests for commencement use the back gate near the commissary for entering PHV. Vehicles will not be able to exit from the Burger King Gate at any time, but may enter from 0600-2200. You must have a valid military ID card or installation pass to be allowed entrance through this gate, as there will be no sign-in capabilities.
Commissary Gate
If you or your guests do not have a valid U.S. military ID card or installation pass, then you may only enter the base using the Commissary Gate. This gate is the designated location to conduct manual look up, sign on procedures, and accessing the installation using an access roster. Please allow adequate time for this process, as it may take up to an hour. All traffic is permitted to enter and exit on a 24/7 hour basis. You can only exit the base by using this gate.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
