Establish Your Account
To use this service, you must first establish an account with webText Europe. When creating your account, you must enter your name, date of birth, last four of your SSN or national ID, and student ID (Empl ID) exactly as it appears in your MyUMUC student portal.* To verify this information, please log in to your MyUMUC student portal and navigate to:
Student Center > Demographic Data (in Personal Information)
Once you have verified this information, you may establish your account in the webText Europe site.
*Note: If you do not yet have a valid student ID, you may still establish a webText Europe account and order textbooks; however, you will need to update your account information once the student ID is available.

Ordering Textbooks from UMUC Europe, Asia, or Stateside
If you enroll in courses offered by the UMUC Asia or Stateside campuses, you must order textbooks directly from that campus. Textbooks for the same course may vary between campuses and UMUC Europe would not have these books on stock.
Example: If you are in Ramstein, Germany, but enroll in a course offered by UMUC Asia, you will complete your registration through your MyUMUC student portal or the Ramstein Education Center, but will order your textbook using webText Asia.
